Nothing other than one of the workers was a good guy seems to be working way too many hours though so they definitely need extra help

Needs a major remodel definitely new curtains new sheets new everything. The curtains and sheets have cigarette burn holes I had to get a paperclip to cover the holes on the curtains I mean come on motel what kind of privacy is that.

Unclean. No toiletries. TV didnt work. Pool was closed. Dirty room. Cops had to be called on a neighbors domestic violence incident where someone threw a chair thru a window. Drug addicts hanging around loitering. Other than that it was great.

They asked if we were going to the balloon festival and they had a flyer on information that you would need to know about it.

vinyl floor in bathroom needed, repair, heater did not work very well.

Bed was very comfortable

First got there they told me I had to put a $50. deposit on my card and it would be re-reimbursed in 2-5 day's. We needed another face cloth and had none. There was absolutely nothing in the room like, coffee maker, fridge. No info on restaurant around.

Booked under my guest name and refused us. Plus claimed didn't see reservation

the place was very sketchy and the room was just barely tolerable with holes in the bedsheet and the restroom being poorly maintained (door did not lock fully)

The staff was rude. The room was disgusting and too many ppl walking around asking to buy drugs. I felt Unsafe.

The place is unsafe with a lot of homeless people outside the area. Others are even doing drugs. People who booked this hotel for sure will never rebook. I booked a non-smoking room but the room smells so bad liked someone smoked inside.

They put me in a room that had other people in it already. They told me they had no other rooms available. But yet they charged my card and they have still yet to reimburse me. Very very rude corporate and local.

Staff told me in order to get downstairs room I would have to rent a room for two nights. I told him I had to carry an Oxygen machine with me for air to sleep at night, weight 30 lbs, and can not do stairs. He would not change so took it and suffered.

Horrible room Gave us wrong room with someone living there Got my refund back. End up sleeping in my vehicle¿..! ¿¿¿¿¿¿

Was very poor hotel Rooms very dirty!!!!

Near the freeway and near the home of people I visited.

There were street people or homeless people hanging around the hotel in the evening when I arrived and also in the morning when I left. It made me unconfortable!

I would never stay there again...they should be shut down for cockroaches infestation not healthy to stay there I was eaten alive and been suffering for three days with bites they should be close down!! I should call the health departments

If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would rate -5. Burn holes in bedspreads and floor, mold in the shower, unknown substance in the toilet. Awful! Random people knocking on door at 3am. Evident visual drug activity. No answer at front desk.

Homeless hanging out in parking lot and hallway of hotel at all hours

Location is good.

The room is relatively clean, but the public areas like the stairs and hallways are very dirty, full of drink stains and empty bottles and cans.

Management was rude, uncooperative, an very disrespectful. There was absolutely no locks on the doors. Deadbolt didn't lock. Latch to the door was missing. With two females staying in the room. Didn't offer to give us a different room that locks .

Very friendly service.

Rooms need to be updated. I understand this is a cheap motel but the people wonering in and out of the back rooms made me very nervous. They were not traveling as there were no cars and the business they were doing was down right awful.
